Installation Guide

Follow these instructions carefully to maximize the Easy Clutch’s benefits:

Remove the clutch cable head from the clutch lever (see Fig-A) by loosening the lock nuts at the engine yoke (see Fig-B). Detach the cable head from the engine yoke as well.
Install the Easy Clutch Pro Plus by first inserting the longer section of the cable (2B) into the engine end, reversing the removal procedure shown in Fig. Ensure lock nuts provide maximum cable slack.
Route the Easy Clutch cable along a smooth, unobstructed path to allow free cable movement.
Insert the shorter cable end (2A) into the clutch lever following the reverse of Step 1 (FFig Attach the dust boot to the lever.

Clutch Release Adjustment

Aim for a clutch release point at approximately 50% of clutch lever travel

If the release point is below 40%, thread out the adjuster on either side of the Easy Clutch housing (see Fig. C) until the desired position is reached.
If the release point is above 60%, the read is in the adjuster on either side of the housing (see Fig. E).
For further fine-tuning, adjust the cable tension at the engine end (see DD and Fig. F-F). Position “a” moves the release point closer to the lever; position “b” moves it away.

Important Notes and Disclaimer

Excessive free play at the clutch lever may prevent full clutch disengagement, causing difficulty in gear shifting and early clutch release points below 40%.
Insufficient free play or release points beyond 60% can lead to incomplete clutch engagement, resulting in clutch slippage, reduced performance, and premature clutch wear.
Always lubricate the original equipment (OE) clutch cable using WD-40 or a suitable cable lubricant before installation.
Follow the adjustment guide strictly to ensure clutch safety and optimal performance.
