Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

• Clean the bore; ensure the axle moves freely through the spacer.
• Inspect both ends for burrs, wear, or deformities.
• Edges must be square to allow proper bearing seating.
• Confirm the spacer is undamaged and slightly longer than or equal to the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly; do not remove metal, as this will affect bearing fitment.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and check for wear on the ends and seal-contact surfaces.
• Replace if visibly worn or damaged.

Bearing Installation Tips:
