Installation & Inspection Guide:

1. Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and the axle fits smoothly.

• Inspect both ends for burrs and wear—edges must be square for proper bearing seating.

• The spacer should be undamaged and equal to or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

2. Wheel Hub:

• Clean the hub thoroughly, removing all dirt and corrosion.

• Avoid removing metal, as this may affect proper bearing fit and alignment.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Inspect and clean both ends and the sealing surface.

• Replace spacers if wear is evident, especially where they contact the seals.

Bearing Installation Notes:
