Installation & Inspection Guide

1. Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and the axle passes through easily.
• Check both ends for burrs or wear—edges must be square to seat correctly.
• Confirm the spacer is undamaged and the same length or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

2. Wheel Hub:

• Thoroughly clean the hub to remove any dirt and corrosion.
• Do not remove metal, as this may negatively affect bearing fit.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect both ends and the outer surface that contacts the bearing seal.
• Replace spacers if there is excessive wear for optimal seal performance.

Bearing Installation Notes

• Note 1: Improper installation may damage the bearings and significantly reduce their lifespan.
• Note 2: Slightly heating the hub will expand it, making the bearing installation smoother and safer.
