All Balls Racing Wheel Spacer Kit Front(11-1103-1)
High-Performance Wheel Spacers Built for Rugged Conditions
The All Balls Racing Front Wheel Spacer Kit (11-1103-1) is the go-to solution for riders demanding durability, precision, and long service life from their front wheel components. Factory OE spacers are often constructed from materials that wear quickly—especially under hard riding conditions or in muddy, wet, or abrasive environments. Once worn, these spacers compromise the seal between the bearing and the wheel hub, allowing water, grit, and debris to contaminate the bearings.
Key Features
-
Hardened 52100 Bearing Steel Contact Surface
Each spacer includes a steel sealing surface made from hardened 52100 bearing-grade steel, providing exceptional resistance to wear and grooving over time. -
6061-T6 Anodized Aluminum Body
The spacer body is made from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum, an aircraft-grade material known for its strength and corrosion resistance. Finished in black anodizing for a premium look and added protection. -
Zinc-Plated for Corrosion Resistance
The steel surfaces are zinc-plated to prevent rust and corrosion, especially in moisture-heavy or muddy riding environments. -
Engineered for Long-Term Use
Designed for extended life, these spacers typically outlast OE parts and are suitable for multiple bearing service intervals. -
Vehicle-Specific Fit
Sold as a complete front wheel kit, specific to your bike’s make and model. All parts are machined to OE specifications for an accurate, hassle-free fit.
Note: Kit contents may vary depending on vehicle application and are subject to change.
All Balls Racing has addressed this issue with a purpose-built solution. This spacer kit is designed to resist wear, protect bearing seals, and maintain optimal alignment for long-term performance, even in the harshest conditions.
During normal riding, especially in off-road conditions, water and dirt work their way between the wheel seal and the surface of the spacer. This creates a grinding effect, which gradually wears grooves into the spacer’s surface. Once these grooves are deep enough, the sealing surface fails—allowing contaminants into the bearing assembly. The result? Shortened bearing life and costly maintenance.
Replacing your spacers regularly—and especially when servicing bearings—is key to avoiding premature wear and maintaining wheel system integrity.
