⚠️ Important Tips
- Adjust the clutch release point to around 50% of the lever travel for optimal performance.
- If the release point is below 40%, thread out the adjuster to bring it higher.
- If the release point is above 60%, thread in the adjuster to bring it lower.
- Further fine-tuning can be done at the engine-side clutch cable yoke.
- Ensure the clutch lever has the correct free play.
- Too much: clutch won't disengage fully (hard gear shifting, difficulty finding neutral)
- Too little: The clutch may slip, causing performance loss and early clutch wear
- Always lubricate the OE clutch cable with WD-40 or a quality cable lubricant for smoother operation and longer life.
