Installation Guide:-
There are two secure methods to install the Haul Loop to the front of your bike using 2 x heavy-duty (H-Duty) cable ties :
Common Steps for Both Methods
- Undo the webbing from the stainless steel buckles.
- Wrap the web strap around each fork leg, directly under the lower triple clamp.
- Re-thread the stainless buckles, making sure to feed the web back through the buckle to lock it in place.
- Tuck the loose end of the strap under the elastic loop provided.
Method 1: Standard Mounting (Using Web Loop)
- Feed a cable tie through the small web loop adjacent to the stainless buckle.
- Secure the tie around the fork leg, directly above the lower triple clamp.
- This helps to prevent the Haul Loop from sliding down the fork leg.
Method 2: Figure of Eight Cable Tie Method (Preferred Method)
- Use 2 x cable ties, connected to form a figure of eight.
- Route the ties behind the front headlight or the number plate plastic.
- This allows you to fine-tune the angle and elevation of the Haul Loop:
- Shorter ties = Higher loop position.
- Allows easy access, even in mud or tight spaces.
