Palm Savers are thin enough to fit under your glove without bunching up. They also are thin enough so it does not feel like you are holding on to a sponge for a grip. At first, you may notice a small difference in the feel of your grip, but after a minute or two, you will not even know they are there.

Slide your entire palm through the large opening like a bracelet to put them on. Spin the Palm Saver around so the material is in the palm of your hand. Take your middle and ring finger through the smaller holes. Put your glove on and go!
