What if my phone model is not listed on the product page?

If you can’t find your phone in the variants shown, then we suggest that you choose the universal bundle which includes the Universal Interface. This way the patented SP Connect twist-to-lock mechanism can be used with almost any device either directly on your phone or on a case of your choice.

My Phone Case is stuck in the locked position – how do I fix it?

If you lock the mechanism of your Phone Case by accident, you can use the included Stand Tool to unlock it again.

If my phone is QI chargeable, can it still be charged with the case?

The case does not impair QI charging. If your phone is QI compatible, then it still is when it is in the Phone Case. This applies to all suggested chargers that are recommended by the manufacturer of your phone.

If you are making backorder or product is in pre-order state then it will be shipped when we get new stocks. Once backorder is placed it can not be cancelled, contact team for update on when is new stock arriving.

Once order is shipped and not received when delivery attempt is made, it will come back to us. In such case of RTO (Return to Origin), shipping cost of return and reshipping is to be born by Customer. Once order is shipped tracking details are shared on email and also can be checked in your website account. In any case of delay in delivery due to shipping service provider, we will not be liable.
