Fit & Adjustment:-

Sizing (How to Measure):

1. Chest: Measure around the widest part with arms relaxed.
2. Waist: Measure over the belly button, tape parallel to the ground.

• Use a tailor’s tape, wear base layers, and measure in cm or inches.
• Choose the larger size if measurements fall between sizes.
• Sporty fit = smaller size | Comfort fit = larger size

Armour Positioning & Fit Check:

• Wear the jacket for 5–10 minutes in a riding posture
• Armour should naturally align with elbows, shoulders & back
• If the elbow armour is misaligned:
• Use the ladderlock + webbing cinch straps on arms to adjust
• Adjust hip cinch straps for a better overall fit

Care & Maintenance:-

Before Washing:

• Remove all protectors/armours

Washing Instructions:

• Use lukewarm water and a soft-bristled brush
• Only mild detergent (No hot water, bleach, softeners, solvents)
• Hand wash only – never machine wash
• Hang to dry in a ventilated, shaded area (avoid direct sun or heat)

Zipper Care:

• Clean and lubricate zippers regularly with vaseline or candle wax

Storage Tips:-

• Always store the jacket fully dry
• Hang on a broad-shouldered hanger
• Avoid non-ventilated areas or air-tight bags
• Store in a cool, dry, ventilated space to prevent mildew or damage
