The all-new saddlebag stay for the RE Himalayan B6 variant, mounts directly on the subframe and is designed to support the saddlebags. All the components are manufactured using computerized CNC bending and laser cutting to ensure quality and consistency. With high precision welding & matt powder coated finish, this innovative design provides support to your saddlebags, no matter what the terrain is or your riding style. This saddlebag stay is compatible with all the saddlebags in our lineup.

Thick walled pipe & laser cut parts offers a strong & robust structure to withstand the most intense abuse. The appropriate thickness and grade of material are chosen based on the application. Built with highest grade industrial process for welding.

Functional:

The product is designed to reduce the possibility of damaging the saddlebags as it keeps them away from the rear tyre despite the terrain and the riding style.

Specifications:

All of the components are made of Mild Steel.

For maximum bending resistance, thick walled CRC pipe is used.

For vibration damping, high strength polymer is used.

When necessary, stainless steel screws are used.

Thick powder coating is used for maximum corrosion resistance
