The complex shape of the two-millimeter-thick sheet of high-quality aluminum simultaneously protects against potential mechanical damage in the covered area from rock impacts from below or in case the bike should hit the ground or encounter obstacles off-road. This applies both on and off-road. The elaborate design of the protective cover, with stabilizing edges following the shape of the cardan housing. It integrates perfectly, remains discreet, yet adds a high-quality accent.
