The AIO-5 EVO is Chigee's more affordable version. It combines new graphical interfaces with excellent fluidity and performance. Despite being more affordable than the AIO-5 Lite version, it includes many features. The EVO version comes with built-in front and rear camera support, blind spot warning system, action camera control, and many more features.

Its 5-inch high-resolution, 1200nit brightness display, Bluetooth module, and 10Hz precise GPS positioning provide an excellent user experience. Its IP69K waterproof design ensures durability against harsh weather conditions. Furthermore, you can achieve a personalized driving experience with various optional accessories.

Which phones are compatible with this device:

Compatible with devices running iPhone 6s (IOS 13) and later. Compatible with Android smartphones featuring Android 11.0 or later.

SD Card Requirement for AIO 5 Evo

Please note that the Chigee Display AIO-5 Evo does not include an SD card. You will need to purchase one separately, and an SD card is required for OTA firmware updates.

• If you do not plan to use cameras:
  A small-capacity card (8–16GB) is sufficient for OTA updates.
  
• If you also use cameras:
  Choose a larger-capacity card according to your recording needs.

Important: Even for OTA updates, we strongly recommend using a U3-grade SD card. Low-quality or slower cards may cause upgrade failures or trigger “insufficient read/write speed” warnings.

Chigee dashcams and Displays support microSD cards up to 256GB capacity. To ensure stable recording and safe file storage:

• Required standard: U3, V30 (minimum sustained write speed: 30 MB/s)
  
• Not recommended: U1, V10 (minimum sustained write speed: only 10 MB/s)
  • Using these cards may result in corrupted files, video loss, or even card damage.
• Even with a U3 V30 card, if the card is physically defective or degraded, the system may still report “insufficient write speed.” Always make sure your card is genuine and fully functional.

👉 We strongly recommend choosing reputable brands such as Samsung, SanDisk, or Kingston, and avoiding low-cost unbranded cards.

⚠️ Note for devices without dashcam function:
If your Chigee Display does not include a dashcam feature, you only need a standard, smaller-capacity SD card. This card is only used for OTA updates and does not require large storage space or high write speeds.
