Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

• Clean the bore and ensure the axle slides freely through it.
• Inspect both ends for burrs or wear; edges must be square for correct seating.
• Confirm the spacer is undamaged and equal to or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub.

Wheel Hub:

• Remove all dirt and corrosion; do not remove metal to preserve bearing fit.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect for wear, particularly where the seals make contact.
• Replace if excessive wear is observed.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Improper installation may cause early bearing failure.
• Note 2: Gently heating the wheel hub will expand it slightly, easing bearing installation.
