Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean; the axle should pass through without resistance.
• Inspect ends for wear or burrs; edges must be square for proper seating.
• The spacer must be equal to or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub.

Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly; do not remove metal, as it can compromise bearing fit.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect for wear, especially where seals make contact.
• Replace if significantly worn.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Improper installation may damage bearings and shorten their lifespan.
