Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and the axle passes freely.
• Inspect each end for wear, burrs, or damage; edges must be square.
• Verify that the spacer length equals or slightly exceeds the distance between the bearing stops.

Wheel Hub:

• Clean carefully, removing corrosion and debris without removing any metal.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect both ends and sealing surfaces for wear.
• Replace if excessive wear is detected.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Improper installation can damage bearings and significantly reduce their life.
• Note 2: Heating the wheel hub will slightly expand it, making bearing installation smoother and safer.
