Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and the axle fits freely.
• Inspect ends for wear or burrs; edges should be square for accurate seating.
• The spacer must be undamaged and at least as long as the bearing stops in the hub.

Wheel Hub:

• Thoroughly clean the hub without removing any metal, preserving precise bearing fitment.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect for wear where the seal contacts; replace if significantly worn.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Incorrect installation can cause premature bearing failure.
• Note 2: Heating the hub will slightly expand it, easing bearing installation.
