Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and the axle fits smoothly.
• Inspect ends for wear or burrs; edges should be square.
• The spacer should be the same length or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub.

Wheel Hub:

• Clean the hub thoroughly; avoid removing any metal to preserve the fitment.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Inspect for wear at both ends and sealing surfaces.
• Replace spacers if wear is excessive.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Improper installation may reduce bearing life or cause premature failure.
• Note 2: Heating the hub slightly will ease installation by expanding the hub bore.
