Installation and Inspection

Inner Spacer:
Ensure the bore is clean and the axle fits freely. Check for any burrs or damage on both ends. The edges must be square for proper seating. The spacer should be equal to or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub.

Wheel Hub:
Thoroughly clean the hub. Do not remove metal, as this can compromise bearing fit.

Outer Wheel Spacers:
Inspect for wear on both ends and the outer surface that contacts the seal. Replace if worn beyond tolerance.

Bearing Installation:
Note 1: Improper installation can damage bearings and reduce their lifespan.
Note 2: Gently heating the hub can make installation easier by allowing the hub to expand slightly.
