Installation & Inspection Guide:

1. Inner Spacer:

• Confirm the bore is clean and the axle slides through freely.
• Inspect both ends for burrs or damage—edges must be square to seat properly.
• Ensure the spacer is undamaged and the same length or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

2. Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly to remove any corrosion or debris.
• Avoid removing metal, as this will negatively affect the fit and alignment of the bearings.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Inspect and clean both ends and the seal contact area.
• Replace spacers if excessive wear is visible to maintain proper sealing.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Improper installation can lead to premature bearing failure and reduced lifespan.
• Note 2: Gently heating the wheel hub will slightly expand the metal, making bearing installation easier and safer.
