All Balls Racing Wheel Bearing Kits-Front-25-1558

The All Balls Racing Front Wheel Bearing Kit (25-1558) features ABEC 3 precision high-speed bearings with triple lip rubber seals and Chevron SRI 2 grease—engineered to deliver smooth performance, water and dirt resistance, and long-lasting reliability under tough riding conditions.

Installation & Inspection Guide:-

1. Inner Spacer:

• Confirm the bore is clean and the axle passes through without resistance.
• Inspect both ends for burrs or damage; edges should be square to properly seat against the new bearings.
• Ensure the spacer is undamaged and equal to or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

2. Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly to remove all dirt and corrosion.
• Do not remove metal, as this will negatively affect bearing fit and alignment.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect both ends and the sealing surface.
• Replace if any area is excessively worn to maintain a proper seal.

Bearing Installation Notes:-

• Note 1: Incorrect installation may damage bearings and significantly reduce their lifespan.
• Note 2: Slightly heating the hub will expand it and ease the bearing installation process.
