The All Balls Racing Front Wheel Bearing Kit (25-1562) delivers high-performance and durability with ABEC 3 precision bearings, triple lip rubber seals, and Chevron SRI 2 grease—formulated to resist water, dirt, rust, and oxidation for long-lasting protection in tough environments.

Installation & Inspection Guide:

1. Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and that the axle slides in smoothly.
• Inspect both ends for wear or burrs—edges must be square to seat properly against bearings.
• Confirm the spacer is undamaged and either matches or slightly exceeds the length of the bearing stops in the hub.

2. Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly, removing all dirt and corrosion.
• Do not remove metal, as it compromises bearing fit and hub integrity.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect both ends and the contact area with the seal.
• Replace if worn, especially on the sealing surface.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Improper installation can damage bearings and drastically reduce service life.
• Note 2: Slight heating of the hub allows for easier bearing installation by expanding the hub slightly.
