Installation & Inspection Guide:-

1. Inner Spacer:

• Confirm the bore is clean and that the axle passes through easily.
• Inspect each end for burrs or wear; edges must be square to seat correctly against bearings.
• Make sure the spacer is undamaged and at least as long as, or slightly longer than, the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

2. Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly to remove all dirt and corrosion.
• Do not remove metal, as this can compromise the bearing fit.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect both ends and the outer surface where it contacts the seal.
• Replace if excessively worn to ensure proper sealing and fit.

Bearing Installation Notes:-

• Note 1: Improper installation can damage the bearings and reduce their service life significantly.
• Note 2: Slightly heating the wheel hub helps expand it, making bearing installation easier and more secure.
