Installation & Inspection Guide:-

1. Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and the axle passes smoothly.
• Inspect both ends for burrs or wear—edges must be square for proper bearing seating.
• Confirm the spacer is intact and either the same length or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

2. Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly, removing all dirt and corrosion.
• Do not remove metal, as it may compromise the bearing fit and safety.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Inspect and clean both ends and the surface where the seal contacts.
• If outer spacers show excessive wear, replace them to prevent seal failure or contamination.

Bearing Installation Notes:-

• Note 1: Improper installation can lead to premature bearing failure and reduced performance.
• Note 2: Slightly heating the hub helps expand it, making bearing installation smoother and more secure.
