The All Balls Racing Rear Wheel Bearing Kit (25-1544) includes ABEC 3 high-speed precision bearings with triple lip seals and Chevron SRI 2 grease to resist water, dirt, rust, and oxidation—engineered for high performance and extended durability in demanding conditions.

Installation & Inspection Guide:

1. Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and the axle slides through smoothly.
• Inspect ends for burrs or wear—edges must be square for proper bearing contact.
• Spacer must be the same length or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.
• Check for damage if the previous bearings failed.

2. Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly to remove all dirt and corrosion.
• Do not remove any metal , as it can affect bearing fit.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Inspect and clean both ends and the outer surface that contacts the seal.
• Replace spacers if visibly worn.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Improper installation can damage bearings and drastically reduce their lifespan.
• Note 2: Gently heat the hub to slightly expand it—this makes bearing installation easier and safer.
