All Balls Racing Wheel Bearing Kits-Rear-25-1557
The All Balls Racing Wheel Bearing Kits-Rear-25-1557 is designed for high performance with ABEC 3 precision bearings, triple lip rubber seals, and Chevron SRI 2 grease. It provides exceptional protection against dirt, water, rust, and wear, making it ideal for demanding riding conditions.
Installation & Inspection Guide:
1. Inner Spacer:
- Ensure the bore is clean and the axle passes through without resistance.
- Inspect both ends for burrs or wear; edges should be square for proper bearing seating.
- Confirm the spacer is undamaged and matches the length of or slightly exceeds the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.
2. Wheel Hub:
- Clean thoroughly to remove all dirt and corrosion.
- Do not remove metal, as this can affect the bearing's fit and alignment.
3. Outer Wheel Spacers:
- Clean and inspect the ends and contact surface for wear.
- Replace spacers if excessively worn to maintain proper sealing and fit.

Bearing Installation Notes:
- Note 1: Improper installation can cause damage to bearings and reduce their lifespan.
- Note 2: Slightly heating the hub will expand it, easing the bearing installation process
