All Balls Racing Wheel Bearing Kits Rear-(25-1791)
The All Balls Racing Rear Wheel Bearing Kit (25-1791) is designed to provide smooth operation and long service life under a variety of riding conditions. Each kit includes ABEC 3 precision-rated high-speed bearings , offering improved performance and tighter tolerances over standard OE bearings. Outfitted with triple-lip rubber seals, these bearings are engineered to block water, dirt, and debris while retaining grease, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The pre-applied Chevron SRI 2 grease enhances resistance to oxidation, rust, and thermal breakdown.
This kit is ideal for off-road, motocross, and street applications, offering a high-quality, cost-effective replacement for rear wheel bearings.
Component Inspection Before Installation:-
1. Inner Spacer
- Ensure the bore of the inner spacer is clean and allows the axle to pass freely.
- Check both ends for burrs, distortion, or wear. The ends must be square to ensure proper seating against the new bearings.
- Confirm that the spacer is the same length—or slightly longer—than the distance between the bearing stops inside the hub. A spacer that is too short can create excessive bearing load, reducing life expectancy.
2. Wheel Hub
- Clean the hub thoroughly, removing any built-up dirt, grime, or corrosion.
- Do not grind, file, or sand away metal from the hub bore, as this can compromise bearing fitment and safety.
3. Outer Wheel Spacers
- Inspect the outer wheel spacers for wear, especially on the faces that contact the seals and axle.
- Replace any spacers that show signs of deep grooves, pitting, or flattening to prevent premature seal or bearing wear.

Bearing Installation Guidelines:-
- Use a bearing press or driver tool to install the new bearings. Never hammer directly on the bearing race.
- Heating the hub gently before installation can expand the bore slightly, allowing for easier and more secure seating of the new bearings.
- Make sure the bearings are pressed in evenly and fully seated against the bearing stops in the hub.
