Installation & Inspection Guide:-

Inner Spacer Inspection:

• Ensure the bore is clean, and the axle passes freely through.
• Check for burrs or wear at both ends; edges must be square for correct seating.
• Confirm the spacer is the same length or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

Wheel Hub Cleaning:

• Remove all dirt and corrosion.
• Do not remove metal —doing so may compromise bearing fit and function.

Outer Wheel Spacers Check:

• Inspect for wear on contact surfaces and ends.
• Replace if excessively worn to maintain seal integrity and bearing alignment.

Bearing Installation Notes:-

• Note 1: Incorrect installation can cause bearing damage and reduce bearing life.
• Note 2: Gently heat the wheel hub to allow slight expansion, which eases bearing installation and ensures a better fit.
