Installation & Inspection Guide:-

1. Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and the axle moves freely through it.
• Inspect both ends for wear, burrs, or damage—edges must be square for proper seating.
• Confirm the inner spacer matches or slightly exceeds the length of the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

2. Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly to remove all dirt and corrosion.
• Do not remove metal, as it may affect bearing fitment and function.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect for wear at contact points with the bearing seals.
• Replace any excessively worn spacers to ensure proper sealing and alignment.

Bearing Installation Notes:-

• Note 1: Incorrect installation may lead to early bearing failure and performance issues.
• Note 2: Slightly heating the wheel hub will expand it, making the bearing installation easier and more secure.
