How can I improve my sound quality?

Sound quality is best when the speakers are positioned directly opposite your ear canals. With the helmet on, identify the position of your ears by placing a finger against the inside of the helmet. After removing the helmet, position the speakers at the same location and as close to your ears as possible. Use the included Velcro booster pads if additional positioning is required.

Can I use my unit in the rain?

Yes. Cardo units are waterproof and designed to operate in rain and other challenging riding conditions.

How long does it take to charge my unit?

Fast charging provides approximately 2 hours of talk time after 20 minutes of charging. A full charge takes up to 2 hours.

How can I get more run-time out of my battery?

The unit can be charged while riding by connecting it to a power bank or suitable motorcycle power source. Simply connect the unit to the power source to continue using it beyond the standard battery runtime.

Can I replace the battery in my unit?

Do not attempt to disassemble or replace the battery yourself. Doing so may damage the waterproofing of the unit. If the battery does not hold a charge, connect the unit to a charger for at least 4 hours and try a different wall charger and USB cable. If the issue continues, contact support.

What should I do if the unit does not charge or the battery does not last as long as expected?
