Cardo & Sena Connectivity

PACKTALK NEO can communicate with compatible latest-generation Sena systems through standard Bluetooth intercom pairing. Phone calls, navigation instructions, music, and FM functions may remain available depending on the connected devices and their supported features.

Music Sharing

PACKTALK NEO can share music with compatible Cardo products from the same generation, including PACKTALK EDGE, PACKTALK NEO, PACKTALK CUSTOM, FREECOM 4X, FREECOM 2X, Spirit HD, and Spirit.

Music sharing is not supported between different generations or between different brands.

PACKTALK NEO Mounting System

PACKTALK NEO uses a unique clickable cradle. The mounting system differs from PACKTALK EDGE, which uses a magnetic Air Mount. Non-cradle accessories such as microphones and speakers are compatible with PACKTALK NEO, while the cradle itself is unique to the NEO system.

Does PACKTALK NEO connect to other Cardo generations?

PACKTALK NEO is compatible with DMC products and can also connect to Cardo units using regular Bluetooth pairing. G and Q units need to be placed in phone pairing mode before starting the pairing process.

What is the difference between PACKTALK NEO and PACKTALK EDGE?
