PRO ON SAFETY - Crash Detection

The PACKTALK PRO features an advanced Crash Detection System that uses three elements: the unit sensors, Cardo Connect App, and Cardo cloud. Designed specifically for on-road motorcycle riders, the system can alert your designated emergency contact when a crash is detected.

Cardo's crash detection system is based on a learning algorithm and is designed to identify events that may potentially require medical attention. The system is not 100% foolproof and requires the unit, a functioning smartphone, and cloud connectivity to operate.

Crash Detection Important Information

The crash detection system is designed for on-road/tarmac riding scenarios at launch.
The system requires the PACKTALK PRO unit, a functioning smartphone, and Cardo cloud connectivity to work.
Data coverage is required for the crash detection solution to operate.
One emergency contact can be assigned at launch.
Crash Detection can be switched from automatic to manual through the Cardo Connect App settings.
In manual mode, the rider needs to indicate the start of the ride for the system to operate.
Crash detection does not guarantee detection of every crash.
Off-road and MX environments are not covered by the crash detection system at launch.
