For the best sound quality, position the speakers directly opposite your ear canals. With the helmet on, identify the position of your ears and ensure the speakers are positioned as close to your ears as possible. The included booster pads can be used to bring the speakers closer to your ears when required.

Can I use the Cardo SPIRIT in the rain?

Yes. The Cardo SPIRIT is waterproof and designed to remain operational in wet riding conditions.

How long does it take to charge the Cardo SPIRIT?

The SPIRIT supports fast charging and provides up to 2 hours of talk time after 20 minutes of charging. A full charge takes up to 2 hours.

Can I replace the battery myself?

Do not attempt to disassemble or replace the battery yourself. Doing so may damage the unit's waterproof protection. If the unit does not hold a charge, try charging it for at least 4 hours and, if necessary, try a different wall charger and USB cable. If the problem continues, contact Cardo support.

How can I maximize battery life?

Cardo recommends not leaving the unit unused or in storage for more than three months without charging. Charge the unit for approximately four hours at least once every three months to help maintain battery performance.

Can I listen to music while using the intercom?

Yes. Music streaming and intercom can be active at the same time. When someone in the intercom network speaks, the SPIRIT automatically lowers the music volume so you can hear the conversation.

Before seeking further assistance, try resetting the unit to factory settings. Press the Intercom/Mobile, Volume Up, and Volume Down buttons together for at least 5 seconds until the LED starts flashing purple and the unit turns off. Then turn the unit back on.
