Fixed Hinge vs Movable Rack

Hepco & Becker top case carriers are available in two variations: Fixed Hinge Rack and Movable Rack. With the movable rack, when the top case is not mounted, the hinge can be laid flat on the carrier to provide a flatbed for carrying luggage on the tail section. This product is the Fixed Hinge Alu Rack version.
