Installation Guide
Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Installation Steps:-
Detach OEM Cable
- Disconnect the clutch cable from the lever (refer to Fig. A).
- Loosen the cable at the engine yoke using the lock nut (Fig. B) to release tension.
Prepare Easy Clutch Housing
- Unscrew the housing (Sl. No. 1) to access internal components.
- Remove the fulcrum assembly.
Connect the OEM Cable
- Insert the OEM cable into the right-side adjuster.
- Seat the cable head securely into the fulcrum (Fig. C).
Connect Pro-Spec Short Cable
- Thread the short cable (Sl. No. 2) into the left side of the housing.
- Insert its head into the fulcrum.
- Connect the other end to the clutch lever and secure the dust boot.
Final Adjustments
- Reassemble the housing with the provided screws and washers.
- Adjust the clutch release point to approximately 50% of lever travel using the adjusters on either side of the housing.
Clutch Adjustment Guidelines

If the release point is below 40% :
→ Thread OUT the adjuster (Fig. D) -
If the release point is beyond 60% :
→ Thread IN the adjuster (Fig. E) - For further fine-tuning, use the OEM cable adjuster at the engine end (Figs. F & G):
- Turning “a”: Moves rthe elease point closer to the grip
- Turning “b”: Moves the release point further away from grip
Important Notes & Disclaimer
- Ensure there is minimal free play in the clutch lever for proper disengagement.
- Excessive free play may prevent full disengagement, making gear shifts and neutral selection difficult.
- Insufficient free play may cause clutch slip, reduced performance, and premature wear.
- Lubricate the OEM cable using WD-40 or a recommended cable lubricant to ensure smooth operation.
- Always test the clutch operation thoroughly before riding.
