Installation Guide

1. Remove the OE Cable from the Lever
   Detach the original clutch cable head from the lever (Fig. A). Loosen the lock nut at the engine end Fig. BB) for cable removal if needed.
2. Install in Housing
   Unscrew the Easy Clutch housing (Sl. 1) to access the internal fulcrum. Insert the OE cable into the right-side adjuster and connect its head into the fulcrumFig. C-C).
3. Fit Short Cable
   Thread the Pro-Spec short cable into the left side of the housing and insert its head into the fulcrum. Cg-C).
4. Reconnect to Lever
   Slide the short cable head into the clutch lever and install the dust boot (Sl. 3) over the lever connection.

Adjustment Instructions

Target Clutch Release Point: 50% of lever travel.

• 🔧 If <0%: Thread OUT the adjuster (Fig-D)
• 🔧 If >6% : Thread IN the adjuster (Fig-E)

Additional adjustments can be made at the engine end cable adjuster :

• “ a ” = bringsthe release point closer to the grip
• “ b ” = moves release point away (Fig-F, G)

📌 Note: Ensure proper free play. Too much or too little free play can lead to clutch drag or slip, resulting in poor performance and premature wear.

Maintenance Tip

• Lubricate the OE clutch cable regularly with WD-40 or a suitable cable lubricant to ensure smooth operation.
