The Pro-Spec Easy Ride ER820 is a compact, clip-on windshield extender engineered for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 with the short OEM windscreen. Built to reduce wind noise and rider fatigue, it employs the lip extender principle to create a smooth-flowing air bubble around the rider, deflecting high-speed airflow for a more comfortable highway experience.

⚠️ Note: Not compatible with the tall OEM windscreen.

🛠️ Installation Instructions

🧰 Some parts are pre-assembled. While designed for DIY installation, professional assistance is recommended if you encounter difficulty.

Remove Lock Screws
Detach the two Lock Screws (7) from the clip-on set.
Fit the Screen to the Slider
Place the screen and front clamp into the slot provided in the height adjustment slider (2).
Secure using the Lock Screws (7) (refer to figure “b”).
Adjust and Align
Loosen the CSK Allen Head Screws (6) using the supplied 2.5 mm Allen key.
Center the extender on the OE screen and tighten the screws to fix it in place.

Cleaning & Care Instructions

Clean only with water, neutral soap, and a microfiber cloth or soft sponge.
Do not use dry cloths, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as these may scratch or damage the surface.
Ensure the OEM screen is free from anti-scratch coatings before installation to guarantee proper clamp grip.
