Installation Instructions

Some components may arrive pre-assembled. The ER750 is designed for simple DIY installation; however, professional installation is recommended if assistance is required.

• Remove the two Lock Screws (7) from the clip-on mount.
• Insert the windshield extender screen and front clamp into the slot of the height adjustment slider (2).
• Secure the assembly using the Lock Screws (7) as shown in Figure B.
• Loosen the CSK Allen Head Screws (6) using the provided 2.5 mm Allen key.
• Align the extender symmetrically over the stock windshield.
• Retighten the screws securely and ensure the extender is firmly clamped before riding.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean the extender using water, neutral soap, and a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.
• Do not use dry cloths, abrasive materials, or solvents, as they may scratch or damage the surface.
• Before installation, ensure the OE windshield is clean and free from anti-scratch chemical coatings that may reduce clamp adhesion.
