Installation Instructions

The ER750 is designed for a simple DIY installation. Some components may arrive pre-assembled. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with windshield accessories.

• Remove Lock Screws: Detach the two Lock Screws (7) from the clip-on mount.
• Assemble Screen and Slider: Insert the windshield extender screen with the front clamp into the slot of the Height Adjustment Slider (2).
• Secure the Assembly: Tighten the assembly using the Height Adjusting Lock Screws (7) as shown in the installation instructions.
• Adjust Position: Loosen the CSK Allen Head Screws (6) using the supplied 2.5 mm Allen key.
• Center the Extender: Align the extender symmetrically over the original windshield.
• Secure Before Riding: Retighten all screws and ensure the extender is firmly clamped before riding.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Clean the extender using water, neutral soap, and a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.
• Do not use dry cloths, abrasive materials, or solvents, as these may scratch or damage the surface.
• Before installation, thoroughly clean the OE windshield to ensure proper clamp grip.
• Ensure the windshield is free from anti-scratch chemical coatings that may interfere with clamp adhesion.
