Installation Instructions

Step 1 – Remove Lock Screws: Remove the two Lock Screws (7) from the clip-on mount set.

Step 2 – Position the Extender: Place the extender screen into the Height Adjustment Slider (2).

Step 3 – Secure the Front Clamp: Position the Front Clamp over the slider and secure it using the Lock Screws (7).

Step 4 – Loosen Adjustment Screws: Loosen the CSK Allen Head Screws (6) using the supplied 2.5 mm Allen key.

Step 5 – Align the Extender: Position the extender symmetrically over the OE windscreen and adjust it to the desired height.

Step 6 – Tighten Securely: Re-tighten the screws and ensure the extender is firmly clamped before riding.

Maintenance Guidelines

• Clean the extender using water, neutral soap, and a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.
• Do not use solvents, abrasive pads, or dry cloths, as these may scratch or damage the surface.
• Clean the OE windscreen thoroughly before installation.
• Ensure the OE windscreen is free from anti-scratch chemical coatings that may interfere with the clamp's grip.

Compatibility Note

This product is specifically listed for the Benelli TNT 600 GT. The ER720 is also listed for the other motorcycle applications shown above when the original windscreen profile and thickness are compatible with the clip-on mounting system.

The extender is compatible with windscreens measuring 3–5 mm in thickness. It may also be suitable for select aftermarket windshields, such as Carbon Racing screens, when their curvature and thickness are compatible.
