What Is Spindle Bobbin Crash Protection?

Spindle bobbins are designed to offer impact protection to the front wheel spindle, lower front forks, and brake calipers. The bobbins sit discreetly on either side of the front spindle, secured by a robust rolled-thread rod. Their high-performance nylon and aluminium construction absorbs the initial impact in the event of a fall. Additionally, the nylon outers can rotate under force to minimise wear and reduce stress on the wheel components.
