The Hepco Becker BASIC Tank Ring provides a simple and secure way to attach compatible Hepco Becker tank bags to the KTM 790 Adventure. The model-specific tank ring allows the tank bag fastener to be positioned according to the shape of the tank and the angle of the handlebars.

Locking System

The BASIC tank ring uses a mechanical locking system. The tank bag is secured to the ring and can be released by pulling the strap located underneath the tank bag.

BASIC vs Lock-It Tank Ring

The general function and operation of the BASIC and Lock-It tank rings remain the same. The BASIC tank ring locks mechanically, while the Lock-It version uses magnets to assist with centering the tank bag. The model-specific metal ring is the same for both versions; the difference is in the two magnet or plastic domes screwed onto the tank ring.
