High-Performance Tricomposite Shell

The helmet features a Tri-Fiber composite shell made of carbon, Kevlar, and fiberglass for a lightweight yet impact-resistant design. Available in two shell sizes (M and L), the NZ Race helmet ensures maximum protection and comfort.

Protective Polystyrene Liner

Internal polystyrene liners in three sizes provide tailored ergonomics and thickness, allowing gradual and progressive absorption of impact forces. Combined with the tricomposite shell, the polystyrene ensures superior safety by absorbing residual energy in critical areas.

Optical Class 1 Visor & Anti-Fog Technology

The helmet’s polycarbonate visor features optical class 1 clarity, anti-scratch treatment, and Pinlock Max Vision 70 anti-fog readiness (lens sold separately). The wide peripheral (210°) and vertical (90°) field of view enhances visibility for track and road use. Easy tool-free removal adds convenience for maintenance and replacement.

Optimized Ventilation System

The NZ-RACE helmet features three front air intakes and specialized EPS channels to ensure continuous airflow. Hot air is efficiently expelled through rear extractors under the aerodynamic spoiler, keeping the rider cool, dry, and comfortable during long rides.

Comfortable Removable Inners

Inners are soft, breathable, and washable, combining fine fabrics with specialized sponges to maintain airflow and comfort. Cheek pads are Bluetooth-ready, feature emergency quick-release systems, and accommodate glasses comfortably.

Secure Retention System

The helmet uses a Double D-Ring chin strap in light alloy for a secure fit and reliable retention.
