Shell Construction

The TT Revo uses an ADT advanced thermoplastic shell made from a blend of thermoplastic resins. The shell is produced in three sizes to support the helmet's overall structure and fit. Its aerodynamic shape has been developed with wind-tunnel testing to balance performance, style and ergonomics.

Protective Polystyrene Liner

The internal polystyrene liner is designed with variable density to support ergonomics and progressive absorption of impact energy. While the outer shell absorbs a substantial portion of the energy through deformation, the liner helps absorb residual energy.

Visor

The clear polycarbonate visor features a scratch-resistant treatment. Its ratchet mechanism allows removal without tools, and the integrated locking system helps keep the visor secured in the closed position while riding.

Pinlock Compatibility

The KYT TT Revo is MAX PINLOCK 70 ready.

Important: The Pinlock antifog lens is not included with the helmet and must be purchased separately.

Ventilation

Internal channels in the polystyrene liner work with the helmet's air intakes to circulate air and help remove warm air. The TT Revo features five front air intakes and four air extractors positioned beneath the aerodynamic spoiler.

Inner Padding

The inner padding uses soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibres to help absorb sweat and maintain a fresh, dry feel. The cheek pads are removable and are available in different thicknesses.

Retention System

The KYT TT Revo uses a Double D-ring retention system to secure the helmet. Please refer to the helmet's user manual for correct fastening and adjustment instructions.

Warranty Terms

• Authorized Purchase Only: Warranty is valid only for KYT helmets purchased through authorized KYT dealers.
• Manufacturing Defects Only: Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to inspection and approval.
• Impact or Accident: Helmets involved in any accident, collision, or impact are not eligible for warranty and should be replaced immediately for safety reasons.
• Repair or Replacement Only: Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of H.O.M Autosolutions LLP. Refunds are not provided under warranty.
• Warranty Duration: KYT helmets are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
