Shell Construction

The shell is crafted from ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic, a special blend of thermoplastic resins known for high impact resistance and durability. Designed in three shell sizes to ensure a precise fit and optimal safety.

Protective Polystyrene

Constructed in three sizes (XS, M, and L) with variable density for improved ergonomics and energy absorption. The internal EPS liner progressively absorbs impact energy, complementing the external shell’s deformation characteristics.

Visor

The polycarbonate visor features an anti-scratch coating for clear vision and durability. Its tool-free removal mechanism and innovative locking system (PAT PEND) ensure convenience and stability while riding.

Note: Pinlock 70 antifog lens is compatible but not included in the box.

Ventilation System

The TT-Revo features five front air intakes and four rear extractors beneath the aerodynamic spoiler. Internal channeling within the EPS provides efficient airflow, enhancing ventilation and rapid expulsion of hot air.

Inner Lining

Soft, breathable, and bi-elastic fabric inner liners ensure maximum comfort. The removable and washable cheek pads are designed with high sweat absorption to keep riders fresh and dry even on long rides.

Retention System

Equipped with a Double D-Ring system for superior security and adjustability, preferred by professional racers worldwide.
