Application & Required Equipment

• Must be used with:
• DPF Pressurized Tank Spray Gun (Part No. 7946)
• DPF Probe with 5 Interchangeable Tips (Part No. 7945)
• DPF Spray Probe Long (Part No. 20630) – for large diameter units
• Always follow with Pro-Line Diesel Particulate Filter Purge (Part No. 20112).

Cleaning Procedure (Professional Use)

• Ensure DPF temperature is below 40°C (104°F) before starting.
• Locate the DPF and remove a suitable temperature or pressure sensor.
• Select the appropriate probe and insert it through the sensor opening.
• Fill the spray gun with the full 1L bottle of Pro-Line DPF Cleaner.
• Set pressure to 6–8 bar (90–120 psi).
• Spray in short bursts of 5–10 seconds, moving up/down and side-to-side.
• Wait 10–15 minutes after cleaning.
• Then spray the full bottle of Pro-Line DPF Purge using the same method.
• Complete the process with a technician-activated DPF regeneration using a diagnostic tool according to manufacturer specifications.
