The Pro-Spec Easy Clutch Pro Plus – EC250 is designed to reduce clutch lever effort by approximately 40%, providing a smoother and more relaxed riding experience in city traffic and on long rides. Engineered for motorcycles with clutch cable lengths between 900 mm and 1000 mm, this clutch assist device is especially beneficial for motorcycles used in frequent stop-and-go conditions.

Built using aerospace-grade aluminum, the Easy Clutch Pro Plus is both lightweight and highly durable. The device is custom-tuned for Indian riding conditions while conforming to global performance standards.

Installation Guide

⚠️ Important: Use WD-40 or a similar cable lubricant to lubricate the OEM clutch cable before installation.

Step 1: Remove OEM Clutch Cable

  • Disconnect the clutch cable from the lever end (Fig. A).
  • Loosen the lock nuts at the engine yoke and remove the cable head from the engine (Fig. B).

Step 2: Install Easy Clutch Pro Plus

  • Insert the 2B cable into the engine-side mount, reversing the removal steps (Fig. B).
  • Ensure maximum slack by loosening the lock nuts.
  • Route the cable along a smooth, unobstructed path.
  • Insert the 2A cable head into the clutch lever (Fig. A).

Step 3: Adjust Clutch Release Point

  • Target: Set clutch release to occur at approximately 50% of lever travel.

Adjustment Instructions:

  • If the release point is below 40%, thread out the adjuster on either side of the housing (Fig. C).
  • If the release point is above 60%, thread in the adjuster (Fig-E).
  • Further fine-tuning can be done at the engine-side adjuster (Fig-D or Fig-F):
    • (a): Brings the release point closer to the grip.
    • (b): Moves the release point farther from the grip.


Usage & Safety Disclaimer

Too much free play may prevent the clutch from fully disengaging, causing:

  • Difficulty in shifting gears
  • Trouble selecting neutral
  • Premature clutch release (below 40%)

Too little free play may result in the clutch not fully engaging, leading to:

  • Clutch slippage
  • Loss of power
  • Accelerated clutch wear

Always check and fine-tune free play to stay within the recommended 40–60% release range.
