Installation Guide

Note: Ensure all components are clean and properly lubricated before installation. Use WD-40 or an equivalent cable lubricant on the OEM clutch cable for optimal performance.

Step 1: Remove OEM Clutch Cable

• Detach the clutch cable from the clutch lever (refer to Figure A ).
• Loosen the lock nuts at the engine yoke and remove the cable head (refer to Figure B ).

Step 2: Install Easy Clutch Pro Plus

• Insert the 2B cable into the engine end, reversing the removal procedure.
• Route the cable smoothly, avoiding sharp bends or obstructions.
• Connect the 2A cable head to the clutch lever, reversing Step 1.

Step 3: Adjust Clutch Release Point

• Set the release point to approximately 50% of clutch lever travel.

Adjustment Instructions:

• If the release point is below 40%, thread out the adjusters on either side of the clutch housing ( Figure C ).
• If the release point is above 60%, thread in the adjusters ( Figure E ).
• Fine-tune the engine-side cable adjuster as shown in Figures D and F :
  • (a) – Brings the release point closer to the grip.
  • (b) – Moves the release point away from the grip.

Important Disclaimer

To ensure optimal clutch performance and avoid premature wear:

• Excessive free play may cause the clutch not to disengage fully, resulting in hard gear shifts or difficulty in selecting neutral.
• Insufficient free play may lead to the clutch not engaging fully, causing clutch slippage and reduced longevity.

Always verify proper clutch lever free play after installation and make necessary adjustments.
