The Pro-Spec Easy Clutch Pro EC220 is a mechanical clutch-assist device designed to make city commuting, gear shifting, and long-distance riding more comfortable. It can reduce clutch effort by up to 40% when applied to the lever, helping reduce hand fatigue in traffic and during extended rides.

Designed with Indian traffic and riding conditions in mind, the Easy Clutch Pro uses an aerospace-grade aluminum housing and works as an inline extension of the OE clutch cable for smoother and lighter clutch operation.

Installation Instructions

• Remove the OE clutch cable from the lever and loosen the engine yoke adjuster to free the cable.
• Disassemble the Pro-Spec housing by removing the three screws.
• Insert the OE clutch cable head into the fulcrum inside the housing.
• Connect the Pro-Spec short cable to the other side of the housing.
• Fit the short cable to the clutch lever and position the dust boot correctly.
• Secure and reassemble the housing using the supplied screws.

Adjustment Guidelines

Adjust the clutch release point to approximately 50% of the clutch lever movement.

• If the release point is below 40%: Thread the adjuster OUT.
• If the release point is above 60%: Thread the adjuster IN.
• Engine-Side Yoke Adjustment: Adjust the engine-side yoke as required to fine-tune the release point.
• Adjustment “a”: Moves the release point closer to the grip.
• Adjustment “b”: Moves the release point further from the grip.
