The Pro-Spec Easy Cruz ECZ 018 is a mechanical friction-based throttle assist developed to enhance long-distance riding comfort on the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 . Replacing the OEM right-side bar-end weight, it allows riders to maintain a steady throttle position by applying adjustable friction, reducing wrist strain on highway rides.

Key Features

Throttle-Side Installation
Fits directly on the right (throttle side) of the handlebar, replacing the factory bar-end weight.

Dual-Mode Operation

• Cruise Mode: Turn the knob anti-clockwise (inward / throttle-open direction) to apply friction.
• City Mode: Turn the knob clockwise (outward / throttle-close direction) to release friction.

Throttle Control Flexibility
The throttle remains fully functional—riders can increase, decrease, or fully close the throttle even with cruise mode engaged.

OEM Weight Matching
Designed to match the OE bar-end weight to maintain handlebar balance and minimize vibration.

No Electronics
A fully mechanical design with no electrical or software components. Easy to install and maintain.

Installation Instructions

🛠️ DIY-friendly, but professional installation is recommended for best results.

Remove OEM Bar-End

• Use an Allen key to remove the right-side (throttle) bar-end.

Install Easy Cruz

• Insert the Step Washer (Large) into the handlebar end.
• Mount the Easy Cruz body in place of the OEM bar-end.
• Attach the Easy Cruz knob and tighten gently.

⚠️ Do not overtighten the grub screw to avoid damaging the internal threads.

Test Operation

• Rotate the knob to verify smooth switching between modes.
